Gavon N Morris (he/him) is principal and chief strategist at Noble Cause Solutions LLC. With nearly 25 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, philanthropy, business development, and marketing and communications in the public benefit sector, Gavon has dedicated his career to advancing transformative community impact. Through a balance of strategy and practical execution, Gavon empowers teams to grow stronger, work smarter, and create lasting change.

Gavon has served in executive and senior leadership roles at local and nationally affiliated organizations, including YWCA San Diego County, Feeding San Diego, and The New Children’s Museum. With his expertise on interconnected social issues and his own lived experience, Gavon is deeply committed to amplifying the voices of marginalized people and uplifting justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion for all.

Gavon holds the designated Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) credential from CFRE International, recognizing fundraising professionals who are committed to the highest standards of ethical and professional practice in the philanthropic sector.

Before his career in nonprofits, Gavon worked in the marketing industry and studied at the University of California, Berkeley.
